  • Free 12 week plan for Sprint and Olympic length races.
  • Participants will receive a link from TrainingPeaks Marketplace to purchase the plan and use a promo code to bring the cost down to zero.  Video instructions are included
  • Participants then apply the plan with race date as the end date and the plan auto populates in the TrainingPeaks website and mobile app.  Video instructions are included.
  • Plans are based on RPE10 scale, athletes complete the rate of perception as their guide.  This is great for first timers and those following a plan for the first time.
  • Athletes can link their wearables to TrainingPeaks to auto upload their workout data, etc.
  • More advanced training plans with power or heart rate zones are also available.
